How It Started
Most coffee machines in Indian offices were never really designed for India. They brewed something close to coffee, but never authentic south indian filter coffee - not the real thing, not what people actually grew up drinking. And the moment you added tea or hot chocolate into the mix, even that compromise got worse - everything started tasting a little like everything else.
We decided to fix that one problem first. Build a machine that brewed proper South Indian filter coffee, with its own dedicated decoction system, so it never had to share its flavour with anything else passing through the same machine. Tea got the same treatment. Each beverage stayed exactly what it was supposed to be - no shortcuts, no overlap, no matter how many cups in a day.
That machine found its first home in a handful of offices in Chennai. Word moved faster than we expected - Within a year, we were no longer just a coffee machine supplier; we became the reason employers stopped worrying about poor pantry.
