Terms of Engagement
Contract Period
Minimum 2-Year Contract Period required for operations. SAR Coffee to be the exclusive service provider.
Manpower
Initial week pantry staff training provided free. Permanent manpower available at ₹25,000/person/month if required.
Maintenance & Support
Regular preventive maintenance. Troubleshooting team attends to breakdowns promptly.
Billing
Based on consumables delivered and Machine Rentals. Recommended credit period: Max 30 days.
